What does it feel like? Is pain relief used?

But with any medical treatment, there is a recovery period for your body, so you may feel a bit tender and numb for a few days to two weeks afterwards. This does not generally interfere with your daily life and you can exercise as normal. We would advise anyone after treatment to wear loose comfortable clothing and avoid pressure on the area for at least a week post-procedure. If necessary, we recommend paracetamol to manage any discomfort.”

Is it safe as a procedure?

In the US, the CoolSculpting® procedure is FDA-cleared for the treatment of visible fat bulges in the submental area, thigh, abdomen and flank, along with bra fat, back fat, underneath the buttocks (also known as banana roll), and upper arm. And then a group about headaches on Facebook. Inside this group, are thousands of people, all talking about headaches and what to do in order to get rid of them! These people are full of fabulous advice and tips!
