Beautician Or Doctor Preparing Female Patient For Anti Ageing procedure

Another year has gone by which unfortunately other than a year wiser and more experienced in life, it also means a year older.

People’s way of seeing, accepting and perceiving the ageing have changed vastly over the past few decades. In the not so distant past, most people simply accepted ageing as an inevitable and non avoidable process. Nonetheless, nowadays people are more actively and deliberately fighting against this natural process with a variety of natural and other remedies and treatments and anti-ageing trends.

It’s not just the older generations though that want to look and feel younger as the need to feel and look healthy is now dominant in many younger generations who are actively seeking to change their lifestyles and extend their lifespans.

Other than the common skin care treatments that are always popular (and now more than ever), many people are willing to spend more money and time to minimise ageing or at least delay the process and its “visual” effects. There are a number of signs you start to notice as you age – loss of volume, dull and discoloured tone, sagging skin – but usually the first and most unwelcome change are the wrinkles that form, particularly around the eyes and between the brows.

So let’s have a look at 3 popular treatments people are going for in 2020 and gained momentum in the final months of the previous year.

Filler

Dermal filler treatments are among the hottest trends in the field of cosmetic rejuvenation and plastic surgery. This year the shift seems to be towards having facial balance and therefore, the lips will be sized in proportion to the rest of the face as well as the “less is more” trend. Due to this, lips that are unnaturally full and big are no longer the in thing and instead, people are looking to just work on the definition of their mouth

Laser Resurfacing

The facial treatment known as laser resurfacing is a common process used to correct common skin issues such as facial wrinkles and acne scars.

Using a laser, skin is removed gradually, a layer at a time. The two commonly used lasers are non-ablative and ablative.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

All anti-wrinkle treatments performed by our clinic and Dr Ahmad are to protect, maintain and enhance the physical and mental well-being of her patients .Juvederm Facial Filler: Made of a hyaluronic acid gel, Juvederm is a naturally-occurring substance in the skin that contributes to volume and hydration. Juvederm is designed to temporarily correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Juvederm is made by Allergan, the same makers of Botox.

The major growth drivers for this market are the growing ageing population and increasing awareness about the advantages of using anti-ageing products. Emerging trends, which have a direct impact on the dynamics of the anti-ageing industry, include integration of alphabetic formulation in anti-ageing products, increasing usage of multi functioning anti-ageing products, and rising demand for natural and organic ingredients in anti-ageing products.

At Cambridge Clear Beauty we have an array of safe and highly effective Juvederm anti-ageing treatments to help you turn back time, including Anti-Wrinkle Treatments and dermal fillers, that are capable of tackling the visible signs of facial ageing and achieving an all-over skin rejuvenation. Our medical director is a leading cosmetic surgeon and is able to offer impartial, expert advice on the procedure guaranteed to deliver the results you’re hoping for.

Cambridge Clear Beauty are constantly working to achieve the highest standards, by offering cutting edge treatments and using only reputable, highly regarded pharmaceutical suppliers such as Juvederm for our facial filler products.

If you are interested in any of the above or perhaps one of our other treatments, take a look at the surgical procedures and non-surgical procedures we offer. You are then more than welcome to also contact us and arrange a consultation so as to establish the perfect treatment for you and have all information and details fully disclosed to you prior to your surgery.

Coolsculpting Treatments For Men

The New year has already come and the first 2 weeks of the year have flown by as we all head back to our daily lives and professions. The festive break was truly required and the New Year brings with it excitement, new goals and of course this years’ resolutions for a healthier and more confident you.

Many – wrongly – assume that cosmetic treatments are mainly used by women and that men are not necessarily as interested in their health or appearance. That is most definitely inaccurate as we – and many plastic surgeons – can testify throughout our years of experience. Women are no longer monopolising the beauty and cosmetic industry and more and more men are making their ways to beauty clinics and spas for a variety of treatments. Amongst them Botox, hair removal and of course Coolsculpting are the most popular ones.

CoolSculpting is an FDA approved fat-freezing treatment that offers a unique alternative to removing exercise-resistant weight by 20-25%. Based on the Cryolipolysis® technology, the CoolSculpting system safely delivers controlled cooling to specifically target fat cells.

As men are also becoming more conscious of their health and appearance and willing to improve their overall confidence, treatments such as fat reduction with Coolsculpting are highly popular.

CoolSculpting® is FDA-cleared to treat visible fat bulges in 9 different areas: the abdomen, flanks, banana roll, thighs, bra fat, upper arms, back, the submental area (under the chin) and the submandibular area (below the jawline). CoolSculpting® is also FDA-cleared to affect the appearance of lax tissue with submental area treatments. Some of the more common areas of concern for men are the abdomen, flanks/sides, and the submental area (under the chin).

As seen above it can have a highly positive effect for men as well as for women and since the beginning of 2018, the popularity of CoolSculpting is escalating tremendously, particularly among the male population.

CoolSculpting is a very very highly requested procedure for our men at Cambridge Clear Beauty. There is no anaesthesia, no surgery, no incisions, and no downtime which makes it all the more desirable and danger-less. Treatments can take as little as 35 minutes– easy and pain-free so do not hesitate to contact us.

Our mission  is to help both women and men age gracefully with dignity using the late,t cutting edge, safe and proven medical aesthetics techniques and treatments available. We are here to guide you, advise you and help you to be the best you can be and to “Put your best face (and body) forward” in 2020.

Plastic surgeries and beauty treatments are becoming ever more popular nowadays as we all strive for a healthier lifestyle and look. Any plastic surgeon, however, will tell you that the spring is the season for breast augmentations and liposuction, and the season for facelifts is right after Christmas.

In Dr Ahmad’s years of experience he has evidently noticed that during the final months of the year – including Christmas up to New Years – there is a surge on total mommy makeovers including abdominoplasty and facial surgeries. This is commonly associated with the vacation time off that is perfect for recovery after the invasive procedures.

The gift of Plastic Surgeries Cambridge Clear Beauty

Other than the most Wonderful time of the year it also tends to be one of the most sociable times of the year where we see most of our friends (New year) and family (Xmas) and of course we all aim to impress and look good on the festive days. Along with the proliferation of selfies that can often show a close up of our most inner “fears”, plastic surgeries at Xmas souunds like the perfect gift and solution for the New year ahead.

According to ;RealSelf’s community of board-certified experts, there’s an increasing number of people booking cosmetic procedures in the run-up to the festive season, both for non-invasive surgery like botox and more drastic operations like facelifts and breast enlargements.

The gifting of cosmetic surgery is up 20% to 35%, depending on the procedure and practice. Likewise, an Elle.com post called on plastic surgeons reporting that sales of gift cards—often for $150 to $200, which cover low-cost procedures like medical-grade peels—have undergone a “dramatic increase.”

Blepharoplasty surgery is now available at Cambridge Clear Beauty, but what exactly does it involve?

Here at Cambridge Clear Beauty we provide a number of high-quality/risk-free minor surgery procedures that can be undertaken to rejuvenate, lighten and freshen the appearance of tired, sagging or heavy upper eyelids and lower eyelids

Many people acquire excess skin in the upper eyelids as part of the process of naturally getting older and this may be considered normal. However, in some cases and if this starts to interfere with vision or function of the eyelid apparatus it is advised and can warrant treatment. This is where Blepharoplasty comes in and is able to help you resolve those issues with a (lower lid) procedure.

But what is Blepharoplasty? What does the procedure entail and how much does it cost? Let’s have a look at some of the “finer” details below and eliminate any fears you may have for your next procedure at Cambridge Clear Beauty.

What is Blepharoplasty?

Blepharoplasty is a minor surgical procedure that defines the removal of excess fat and skin on the upper and/or lower eyelid area to change appearance or function. An eyelid reduction (blepharoplasty) removes the surplus skin and protruding fat to produce a more alert appearance and help hide or minimise scars.

What does the procedure involve?

The procedure is usually performed under the so-called “twilight” sedation, which simplified means recovery time is rapid and you are able to go home on the same day. Incisions are made following the natural lines of the eyelids, just below the lashes in the lower lids and in the creases of the upper lids. These incisions are then extended a little way into the laughter lines at the corner of the eye and it is through this incision that surplus fat and skin is removed and sagging muscle tightened at the same time. In the lower eyelid the cutting of skin may not be necessary and fat may be removed from inside the eyelid.

What are the risks?

As all medical procedures, blepharoplasty surgery also carries some uncertainty and potential risks. Nonetheless, if you perform your due diligence and make sure you are using an experienced Plastic surgeon (BAPRAS certified), complications are infrequent and usually minor. You can reduce the risks by closely following your surgeon’s instructions both before and after surgery. for which Dr Ahmad will provide a full aftercare plan as well as be available for any queries or questions you may have post-operation!

Do you offer this treatment?

Lower eyelid ‘pinch’ blepharoplasty + ‘pinch plus’ blepharoplasty are the 2 treatments we offer as a full blepharoplasty can only be undertaken via the NHS or at a Hospital where Dr Ahmad does provide this treatment.

These are not as aggressive as a full lower eyelid ‘blepharoplasty’ (as undertaken in hospital) but with very worthwhile improvements for some selected patients.

The simplest procedure is a ‘pinch’ blepharoplasty. The pure ‘pinch’ blepharoplasty can be undertaken as an out patient under local anaesthesia and involves carefully trimming redundant skin and a sliver of muscle under the lower eyelid lashes, and nothing else. As such, only a small amount can be removed otherwise there is a risk of altering the level of the lower eyelid but this technique is all that is needed for some patients.

A lower eyelid ‘pinch plus’ blepharoplasty with Mr Ahmad still involves removal of excess redundant skin and a sliver of muscle but would also involve strengthening and reinforcement of the lower eyelid with a special buried suture (canthopexy), a muscle hitch or both, and can also involve an element of minor cheek lift.

Blepharoplasty - All You Need To Know Cambridge Clear Beauty

How long does eyelid surgery take?

Upper eyelid surgery takes about 30 minutes, while a lower-lid surgery can be done in 30 to 40 minutes.

What is the pricing like for such a procedure with Cambridge Clear Beauty?

We are open and transparent about all our pricing and treatments and provide full aftercare as well as guidance, tips and advice. Lower eyelid ‘pinch’ blepharoplasty starts from £1200 per eye whereas ‘pinch plus’ blepharoplasty from £3100.

Liposuction and CoolSculpting and Liposuction are two of our most popular treatments here at Cambridge Clear Beauty and Cosmetic Surgeon Cambridge. They are widely considered as the most popular fat removal cosmetic procedures but nonetheless have distinct differences between them that not many are aware. At our Clinic, Dr Ahma meets and works with each individual patient to determine the best treatment for his or her cosmetic goals and hence possesses experience of many different cases, allowing him to offer an impartial and well rounded opinion.

It is consequently a common question we come across or are asked by our patients: How does Liposuction compare to CoolSculpting and how do they actually work?

Coolsculpting vs Liposuction cambridge

Starting from the more known fact out there, liposuction is an invasive surgical procedure whereas Coolsculpting is not. It would be easy for us to simply list the many differences but this is something that already exists online so we thought it better, to provide a useful and clear table comparing the 2 treatments as well as a brief Infographic with information on which treatment is the best for you.

So let’s have a look at our detailed table below, created with the assistance of Dr Ahmad, our consultant at CCB and also the clinic founder:

Treatment Comparison Liposuction Coolsculpting
Reduce Fat Both treatments are known to reduce fat

Permanently remove fat

Both treatments are known to permanently remove fat from the targeted areas

Invasive

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive procedure unlike Liposuction

Safety Liposuction is slightly more dangerous in terms of safety as it includes anaesthesia. Avoid liposuction if you have heart problems, blood clotting disorders, or are a pregnant woman Liposuction is an invasive surgery done with anaesthesia. It may consequently include side effects such as blood clots, negative reactions to anaesthesia, or other serious complications You may experience short-term bruising or skin sensitivity after CoolSculpting. Side effects usually resolve within a few week and are generally consider very minor in comparison to Lipo
Convenience You will begin to see visible results from your CoolSculpting treatment after a few weeks. Full results from liposuction may not be noticeable for a few months Liposuction can often be done as an outpatient surgery. The surgery takes 1 to 2 hours, and recovery may take several days. You typically only need one session CoolSculpting is done as an outpatient procedure. Each session takes about an hour, and you may need a few sessions spread out a couple weeks apart
Efficacy Both procedures permanently destroy fat cells in the treated areas, but you can still develop fat in other areas of your body. You may be able to remove up to 5 litters, or about 11 pounds, of fat with liposuction. Removing more than that is generally not considered safe CoolSculpting can eliminate up to 25 percent of the fat cells in any given part of a person’s body
Recovery Time Recovery time for Liposuction is substantially longer and could sometimes even take months unlike Coolsculpting that hardly has any recovery time whatsoever Recovery time is usually a few days. Always follow your provider’s recommendations for recovery, which may include wearing a special bandage or limiting activities.

You may need to wait 2 to 4 weeks before you can safely resume strenuous activity.

There is no recovery time necessary for CoolSculpting

However, not both treatments are suitable for everyone and that is not only down to the treatment area. Generally speaking, if the bulges your looking to un-bulge are in a part of your body that is a good fit for the application head of the CoolSculpting™ equipment and would fit into the size of a cup when pinched, then CoolSculpting is probably the best option for you. However, if you’re looking for more fast and radical results, have a bigger area that you’d like to un-bulge, or are concerned with loose hanging skin after the fat is removed, you might be a good candidate for liposuction.

Coolsculpting vs Liposuction cambridge

As a rule of thumb, Liposuction is known to be able to reduce fat mainly in the waist, abdomen, hips, buttocks, back, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, face and neck whereas CoolSculpting is used to remove fat in the abdomen, flanks, knees, neck and upper arms. Find out whether liposuction or CoolSculpting can help you achieve your body sculpting goals this summer.

The Importance of Post Surgery Sleep

People often joke about resting their eyes or taking a beauty sleep! Nonetheless, there is a big element of truth in those statements.

Sleep is essential – It is as important to our bodies as eating, drinking and breathing, and is vital for maintaining good mental and physical health. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. … During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health. You may be unconscious, but while you’re asleep, your body goes into healing and recovery mode.

In many respects, sleep acts as a permissive state in which the body’s tissues and systems can heal from a day’s worth of work. In the case of surgery, there’s more work for the body to do than normal, which means you need to take extra care to get adequate post surgery sleep. The majority of us do not work in physical professions or feel physically tired after our daily work hence allowing our muscles to slowly recover over time. However, the majority of the work of rebuilding and repairing takes place during sleep. In addition, we all release a hormone called GH (Human Growth hormone) during stage III of sleeping which can in turn mean that a delayed or shortened sleep cycle and pattern of doing so can interfere with this process and lower the overall amount of GH released.

It is also well known – as mentioned at the beginning of our blog – that Beauty sleep is often questioned or discussed a s a bit of a myth. Well science, has now put all that to bed.  Sleep is when some of the most important internal — and epidermal — recovery takes place! A study conducted by Estee Lauder at CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) identified that sleep quality has a major impact on the skin’s ability to heal from daily damage. In the study, those who got less sleep recovered slower (and not fully) from environmental “stressors” and UV rays in comparison to those who got eight hours of sleep or more. Poor sleepers also had more visible signs of aging as it is widely accepted that our skin needs time to heal just as the muscles do, and that requires sleep.

We are obviously not advising that anyone should abandon their daytime skin care routine in favour of getting more sleep but do make sure you are well rested daily as that could also have an impact on your skin in the short and long term. As an average – or a rule of thumb if you wish – an adult requires a minimum of 7 to 9 hours of sleep on a daily basis to ensure their body is fully recovering and healing on a consistent basis.

How to Get More sleep after Plastic Surgery

Surgery and most plastic surgery treatments can create some sleep barriers due to soreness and comfort issues most commonly. It is a question we are often asked at the clinic as aftercare is an important part of our treatments and process of providing our services.

So, let’s have a look at a few useful tips to help your post surgery sleep.

Create your ideal bedroom conditions. Being organised and clean is important to your sleep as well as finding the ideal conditions for yourself. A bedroom that’s completely dark and ideally clutter-free is a good way to start as it has been proven that artificial can suppress sleep hormones and clutter can trigger anxiety. Noise and sounds are also an issue if you are one that chooses to sleep in complete peace. A white noise machine is always an option if required.

Support your body in recovery. Supporting your body shape and position whilst sleeping is key. The right support keeps your spine aligned and can prevent pressure on sore areas especially after surgery. Make sure to choose a mattress that supports your weight and is designed for your unique sleep style. If you also feel like you need some extra support, use some pillows for a few days or weeks to prop up or reduce pressure on the surgery site.

Make time for sleep. Make sure you give yourself a minimum of 6 to 7 hours of good sleep daily. You may be more tired than usual so factor that into your bedtime. Ideally go to bed as early as possible and do take naps if you feel they help your energy levels throughout the day. Take care and pamper yourself post-surgery so you’re body can focus on healing rather than other things.

Address pain and any after-surgery symptoms. Most importantly of all, be sure to follow your doctor’s orders when it comes to taking your pain medication. Take it on time so that you’re not left with a gap where you’re trying to catch up on pain relief. If your pain medication will wear off during the night, have pills and water on your nightstand ready to go so you don’t even have to leave the bed. You may also try ice packs or a heating pad before bed to reduce swelling and promote circulation.

Sleep – and sleeping well – is one of the most important functions in your life. So always make sure, you get yourself a good rest and allow your body and mind to heal, recover and rejuvenate itself daily.

It has been brought to our attention (through our patients and a variety of publications and articles) that some micro-needling pens have been banned in the UK.

Following yesterday’s announcement from the MHRA, that Microneedling pens:

Dermapen 3 and Dermapen Cryo Sterile single-use needle cartridge tips for Dermapen 3 ARE AT RISK OF INFECTION.

The MHRA has stated, “Do not use affected devices as they have been manufactured to unknown standards and their safety cannot be verified”.

This has affected many clinics (not the Cambridge Clear Beauty) so we deemed it necessary to inform the public of some safety precautions they can take prior to their next micro-needling treatment.  The report can be downloaded fully here.

With summer approaching, those holidays to Ibiza or Marbella booked with your friends and the certain strolls on the beach you really want to look your best this summer. However, many men often suffer from gynaecomastia or “man-boobs” or many tend to (incorrectly) refer to them. So let’s take a closer look at what Gynaecomastia is and how we can help you.

Here at Cambridge Clear Beauty, we are also able to offer a variety of non surgical and surgical treatments so let’s delve deeper into the matter.

What is Gynaecomastia

With summer approaching, those holidays to Ibiza or Marbella booked with your friends and the certain strolls on the beach you really want to look your best this summer.

Gynaecomastia, commonly referred as man boobs, is a condition described by NHS as the swelling of a man breast causing it to become larger than normal. Oversized breast tissues is normally seen in both teen age years and old age. Research shows that Gynaecomastia has 60-90% prevalence in neonates, 50-60% of adolescents and 70% in men who are 50-69 years of age according.

What are the causes of Gynaecomastia?

According to NHS, there are a number of reasons which causes breast enlargement for men. Enlarge breast may be caused by hormonal imbalance between oestrogen and testosterone. The former causes the growth of breast tissues and having imbalance hormones means that men’s body is producing more oestrogen than normal. Obesity could also be another case as levels of oestrogen is greatly increased by having excess fat. Unlike newborns, who are susceptible to such condition with oestrogen being transmitted via the placenta, this condition is not permanent and would be back to normal after a few weeks time. Gynaecomastia is also prevalent during puberty years as the body undergoes changes, testosterone level may go down causing breast tissues to grow. This may become stable as they get older and testosterone level has stabilized. As men aged, testosterone production becomes fewer causing excess growth of breast tissue.

There could indeed be many different and varied causes of Gynaecomastia so let’s have a look at some of the ones highlighted by NHS:

What Is Gynaecomastia CCB

The Psychological Impact of Gynaecomastia

Studies shows that men with Gynaecomastia condition are suffers from low esteem and poor body image which could result to other issues such as eating disorder, mental breakdown, depression and other health associated issues. There also cases of men suffering from anxiety disorders and social phobias due to having oversized breast.

What are Gynecomastia Treatments?

In rare cases, exercise helps men lose weight and prevents the increase of oestrogen levels. But this does not treat the condition, male breast reduction surgery is the proven effective method to remove the excess breast tissues. Breast reduction surgery is usually done under general anaesthetic and would take about 90 minutes for the overall procedure. Techniques of breast reduction may involve the incision around the nipple area, a liposuction to remove the excess fatty tissue or extending cuts and repositioning of nipples if a lot of tissues needs to be removed.

How long is the recovery time?

It is highly recommended to take some few weeks off from work if you are to undergo a breast reduction surgery. The full recovery depends on the patient’s body to heal thus patients are not allowed to do strenuous activities and stretching for up to 2 months following the operation. It is normal to feel soreness around the chest area for several weeks and you may also be required to keep the dressing until the wound is fully healed.

Having this cosmetic procedure is a safe and sure way of removing extra breast tissues in men. But more importantly, this procedure expertly done by professional doctors in Cambridge Clear Beauty is the best way to win back your confidence.

Microneedling is a dermaroller procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.

What is Microneedling?

For someone who has never been to a cosmetic clinic, microneedling treatments, in its simplest definition, is a procedure which uses small needles to prick the skin and generate new collagen. Pricking of the skin encourages your body to produce new skin tissue. Micro needling is minimally invasive with preparation and procedure time of about two hours or less depending on the treatment. Recovery time is just under 2-5 days. The number of session varies per client and would usually require four procedures or more to get the ideal results. After multiple sessions you will notice your skin becoming for firmer and tighter!

What skin conditions require this treatment?

This procedure is popularly used in treating scarring, ageing, wrinkles and pores. Micro needling helps rejuvenate the dullness and tiredness of your skin and helps fight early signs of ageing. With collagen production, this procedure also helps reduced visible fine lines on your face. Micro needling also improves uneven skin tone, acne or chicken pox scarring and skin damage due to over exposure to sun.

Clients can expect minor redness around the areas for a couple of days after undertaking the treatment. In some occasions, there might be some forms of bleeding, bruising and peeling around the area. If infection occurs, it is recommended to seek immediate advice from your doctor.

Who can undergo this treatment?

Pregnant women and those who are under acne medication are discourage from undergoing such procedure as this may lead to complications. This treatment may not also be ideal for individuals with skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. If you have recently undergone radiation therapy, you may also forgo undergoing this treatment. If you are in a good condition and currently dealing with skin issues, we highly recommend to book a consultation with our doctors.

Our clients is the heart of the business thus we always make sure that we only utilise safe, approved and clinically tested device such as SkinPen® Precision for our micro needling treatments. This device has met over 90 validated FDA requirements and has been the preferred micro needling tool of renowned clinics worldwide. SkinPen® Precision has a single lock out feature and acts like a disposable pen preventing any possibility of cross contamination. Covered in Bio-sheath for added protection, this pen is also ultra-sonically sealed making sure that it is watertight to prevent body fluids from entering. This does not only give our aesthetic doctors the peace of mind but also makes the procedure a lot easier to carry out.

How much does it cost?

A professional micro needling procedure cost varies depending on the number of sessions and the size of an area. If you are looking after the best results it is highly recommended to undergo a course of treatment. Treatment prices will be determined after a consultation with our team to determine the best course of action. This would usually range from £150 or more. Arrange a consultation with our skin advisers so we can assist you further. Your home treatments may not be as effective as seeking medical advice from our team of experts. We will check if this procedure is the best option for your skin.

Unlike home rollers, micro needling is a procedure done by certified professionals. You might opt for home-rollers, but you cannot expect the best results as home rollers do not puncture the skin thus rejuvenation and production of new collagen is not achieved in the process. If you are seeking for the best results with long-term effect, seek expert advice.

Eyelid surgery (also called an eye lift orblepharoplasty), reduces bagginess from lower eyelids and removes excess skin from the upper eyelids. In addition, it is also known to be an effective way to improve sight in older people whose sagging upper eyelids get in the way of their vision. Surgery can be undertaken to rejuvenate, lighten and freshen the appearance of tired, sagging or heavy upper eyelids and lower eyelids.

Upper eyelid reduction from £3100

Upper eyelid surgery can be helpful to improve eyes that look tired, heavy or hooded. Excess skin and underlying tissue can be accurately trimmed to help open up the eyes and look younger, more refreshed.

Lower eyelid ‘pinch’ blepharoplasty; from £1200 per eye ‘pinch plus’ blepharoplasty from £3100
